I felt heard, respected, & taken care of.... read more The office appears to be somewhat in a hidden building but gorgeous landscape once you're inside and making your way to the suite. The receptionist is always friendly and white coat staff professional. I had the pleasure of meeting Arezou Crose F.N.P. as well who also left an incredibly welcoming impression. Due to personal previous medical trauma I was nervous in communicating my needs which was dissolved real quickly with empathy, care, and knowledge shared each step of the way. I heard about this place from the Russian ladies in my family who are hard to please but face work doesn't lie so my curiosity grew. 5 stars! I'm incredibly conservative with any kind of injection/therapies but even so this is now my go to place where I can feel safe to explore aesthetics. I'm turning 31 but get to celebrate that with less wrinkles - thank you Karina! Also major shout out in regards to the skin care products they make and sell it the lobby. Absolutely obsessed with the ZO Skin Health products by Zien Obagi MD. Your formula is magic and your Sunscreen + primer spf 30 is my go to. Seriously saving to stalk up on all your skin goodies! If you're thinking about it - make an apt, worth it!

I literally can't believe the results my husband saw from his hair transplant! I'm an obsessive researcher and definitely was not disappointed by this doctor. He does everything by hand... read more which is a huge advantage over using a machine like some others have started using in recent years. My husband looks 15 years younger at least, with no scarring at all. And Dr. Crose does lots of follow up appointments and really cares about us! A great listener, and I also get the feeling like this is a family business rather than us just being a "number". He even has flexible hours for weekend procedures/appointments. This is going to sound weird too, but after I started talking with Dr. Crose more, following my husband's procedure, I realized he is also very knowledgeable about hormone therapy and other health subjects, so I even ended up hiring him to help me care for some hormone issues that other doctors wouldn't listen to. I'm an ICU nurse, and I quickly also realized Dr. Crose is a hospital doctor (cares for patients in the hospital during certain shifts). This is a rare trait to have in a plastics surgery/aesthetics doctor and I think it's very valuable!! Can't speak enough about how fantastic Dr. Crose is. Worth every penny!!!!!

It's a significant improvement over my NW2/NW3 baseline. I had about 1600 FUE grafts done manually with a 0.9mm WAW (the best way from what I gather in the hair transplant industry atm) , starting early in the day around 7 in the morning and finishing around 4 in the afternoon. I was given a mild sedative, so I was in a slight daze throughout the whole thing as well as going in and out of sleep. Not painful but there were small pinches, remedied with additional numbing. Everything relating to the procedure itself was done well. Crose did the extractions and incisions for the insertions himself (which is law, a doctor has to do that). Great care was taken for the donor area, no overharvesting of grafts, all extraction punches healed quickly within a week. Hairline design was age and ethnically appropriate (flat hairlines will look terrible on many guys, should have some curvature). It should look good now and in decades from now. Single hair grafts for make up the hairline, multi hair grafts for density. Really everything any other reputable clinic would do as well. Shout out to the technicians who helped count the grafts and insert the grafts after Crose's incisions, they were professional and excellent at what they do, technicians are important piece too. Also PRP is included apart of the transplant, which was the hardest part of the whole procedure as I don't like blood being taken from me. All in all, definitely worthwhile checking Crose out, not too far away from the Bay Area either, so I think he should be considered for anyone based in Northern California. Sidenote on some things: You may see a lot of services are offered on the website, which could be seen as a red flag. Ideally hair transplant clinics should focus only on hair transplants, I agree completely. He runs the clinic with his wife, who performs most if not nearly all of those beauty cosmetic procedures, like fillers, botox, skincare, etc... I do know that by this point in time, Crose has been doing hair transplants for years, and has tons of transplants under his belt, so while he's a "newer" doctor in this space, he is plenty experienced and knows what will look like what years after the procedure. He wasn't a plastic surgeon who decided to do nose jobs on Mondays then hair transplants on Tuesdays. I plan on updating this review at the 12 month mark as well.

Other places I’ve been to have felt less personal and like they’re just getting you in and out, placing whatever filler, without thoughtfulness of the face/skin as a whole. Seeking a more thoughtful approach and seeing her amazing work, I scheduled an appointment. The first day I just received Botox and had a consultation. I absolutely love my results! And I’ve had two bad experiences in the past so I was quite nervous to try again. Just talking to her and hearing her knowledge, I felt I could completely trust her. Looking forward to following through with her other recommendations to help my skin texture/scarring before we do filler.
